Guests will taste a series of carefully selected wines from Puglia’s family-run Botromagno estate, alongside expertly matched regional dishes chosen to enrich their journey on Wednesday, July 25. The evening will begin with an aperitivo before a three-course meal, created to complement the selection of wines.

Centre Court cocktail

(serves one) 1½ oz. Barefoot Moscato, 2 oz. spiced apple cocktail mixer, 2 tablespoons of sugar, green food colouring

Method

Add a few drops of colouring to the sugar. Moisten the edge of a champagne glass and dip it into the green sugar crystals. Pour chilled Barefoot Moscato into the glass. Add the spiced cocktail mixer and stir. Top the flute with green sugar crystals
